I had my first back to school workshop today. It focused on teaching children and parents good nutrition practices. I know what you're thinking...isn't that the pot calling the kettle black...don't use Nathan and I as an example. 8-) Did you know that one Cherry Coke has 10 1/2 teaspoons of sugar in it?? Gatorade is not much better. So, drink more water...it's good for your brain, muscles, digestion, skin, and bones and has NO sugar.
