Hi Kristen~ The pancakes were good, but they fluffed up to about 3/4 inch and were very dry. I'll experiment with the mix next time and make it thinner. I tried frozen Gluten-Free waffles this morning and they were horrid!! I'm baking chocolate chip cookies now, they're okay, but not like Original Toll House! Thanks for the comment, Dana
