I'm not sure why God blessed me with the BEST MOTHER in the World, but I am hugely grateful. Not only is she a best friend to my sister and I, but all the grandkids ADORE her...and I am not exaggerating. Tonight we took her, just Tanya and I...no kids or husbands...out to dinner to her favorite Italian restaurant. I can't remember the last time it was just the 3 of us...it was so fun. For a gift, we gave her a crystal treasure box with a new picture of the kids and then we all wrote letters to her and put them inside. It was a great gift...if I do say so myself.HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!! We love you, we cherish you, and we admire you!!

We did have a great time - just the 3 of us - talking, reminiscing, me crying as I read all the beautiful letters, notes, cards, pictures, and momentos in my treasure box! It was a wonderful birthday - thank you girls! You two are very special daughters and I treasure our friendship!!! Thank you for the beautiful words and 4 precious grandkids!!!
