Homemade Pepper Jelly
My Mom and my Sister made homemade pepper jelly. It took them all day. They chopped and diced and stirred. And they shared. With me. Thanks. I love pepper jelly.
Whew!!!!! We used 12 green peppers, 12 red peppers, 60 jalepenos, 30 cups of sugar and spent 3 hours in a hot/humid kitchen chopping, dicing, stirring and pouring. We ended up with 32 8oz jars of pepper jelly. It's delicioso served over cream cheese with crackers.
